Jake Zebede, as Principal of our pioneering real estate firm, steers a seven-member team towards uncovering and solidifying prospective opportunities. His leadership style reflects a commitment to team success and a recognition of the value each member brings.

Jake’s diverse background encompasses roles as a real estate owner and an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, affluent families, and international investors. This was particularly evident during his tenure at CBRE, Inc., where he managed an extensive portfolio across South Florida and participated in transactions totaling over $3 billion. His financial acumen further extends to his roles in wealth management and investment banking at Citibank.

A proud graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business, Jake also holds a postgraduate degree in Real Estate and Investments from UCLA. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Away from the helm of business, Jake enjoys quality time with his wife and two sons. An avid boater, he appreciates time on the water. Contributing to his community is important to Jake, and he serves as the head of a non-profit organization that he founded, which supports the local community and families in need. Jake is currently penning a book on meaningful wealth creation.
